The story revolves around Tomoya Mizuhara, a 13-year-old boy who suddenly gains a big sister when his father remarries. 17-year-old Ichika is a little strange, and her affection for Tomoya is rather overwhelming, if not scary. On top of things, Ichika's friend Ruri is the ultimate sadist. Then there is Ichika's big-breasted quarter-Japanese friend Marina.
I still don't really like episodes that last only couple minutes. This one is cute, but because it's couple minutes there doesn't happen much. And there is only 12 episodes, so every episodes Ichika is stalking or express her love to Tomo-kun. Characters are cute, but you don't really learn to know them in so little time :/
I'm going to write about Tampere kuplii later (not sure when because here is couple other animes what I have watched).
