Shadow of the Colossus

The story of Shadow of the Colossus begins as Wander enters the forbidden land, traveling across the long bridge at its entrance on his horse, Agro. According to Lord Emon later in the game, prior to entering the forbidden land Wander had stolen an ancient sword, which is the only weapon capable of slaying the colossi of the forbidden land.Led to the massive Shrine of Worship at the center of the region, Wander carries with him the body of a maiden named Mono. A moment later, several man-like shadowy creatures appear and prepare to attack Wander before he easily dismisses them with a wave of the ancient sword in his possession. After vanquishing the shadow creatures, the voice of the disembodied entity known as "Dormin" echoes from above, expressing surprise that Wander possesses the weapon. Wander requests that Dormin return Mono's soul to her body, which it states may be possible on the condition that Wander can destroy the sixteen idols lining the temple's hall by using the ancient sword to kill the sixteen colossi located throughout the land. Despite being warned by Dormin that he may have to pay a great price to revive Mono, Wander sets out to search the land for the colossi and destroy them.

Another beautiful game from Team ICO!

I really wanted to play this after playing Ico and this seemed right away really good and beautiful game! And it totally was~ Even though this isn't long game it took some time for me to play it (mostly because I played couple games middle of it..gehehe). And of course for me it took quite a long time almost in every Colossus to figure out how to win them (well... I'm not the smartest one). But still I really enjoyed playing this game! It was really interesting and every colossus was cool and fun to fight with! The end of this game was quite surprising even though I kind a knew that this isn't going to end like many of players might think.

I really loved this game and I wait so much to play the newest game from Team ICO! It's The Last Guardian~ But it's for Playstation 4 and I don't have that console yet... But I will get it and play that new game~~

This was really interesting video so I really wanted to put it here! Even though it might be a little spoiling, so it's probably better if you watch it after playing the game just in case~

I think this is all for now! Tomorrow I go back to Tampere (jay~) and this weekend is Tracon so I might post something about Tracon after next Monday~

The Walking Dead Game Season 2

The Walking Dead: Season Two, is the second set of episodes for Telltale Games' award-winning The Walking Dead and the successor of Season 1. It was confirmed by Telltale Games in July 2012, due to the big success of the game.

There will be some spoilers!

Several months after the events of "No Time Left", Clementine is travelling with Omid and a visibly pregnant Christa after it's assumed that they reunited outside of Savannah. Stopping at a public restroom next to Gil's Pitstop, the trio discuss the name of Christa's unborn child before deciding to clean up. After heading into the female restroom, Clementine puts her gun down and begins to clean herself up but accidentally drops her bottle of water and heads into a stall to retrieve it. After retrieving it, she hears someone coming in. Having left her gun by the sink, Clementine stays in the stall as the stranger, Michelle, retrieves the weapon. However, Clementine accidentally makes a noise, causing Michelle to coax her out at gunpoint and demand that Clementine hands over her possessions. Suddenly, Omid enters the room and realizes what is going on. He takes a stealthy approach and sneaks toward Michelle, but the door closes loudly, causing Michelle's reflexes to turn and shoot, killing Omid. Christa suddenly runs in while Michelle immediately drops the gun and apologizes. Christa ultimately kills her with a shot to the abdomen before cradling Omid's body. The scene then cuts to sixteen months later, where Clementine and Christa (who is no longer pregnant) are seen sitting around a campfire in an attempt at cooking a weasel they caught and killed earlier on, evidently in a solemn mood with plans to head towards Wellington where Christa believes it may be safer.

I liked the first season really much so after playing that, I wanted play this soon as possible. And not so long time ago I bought this from Steam's Summer sale~ (again something from there). I played this game actually maybe month ago... I don't remember exactly. But now I finally write about this!

I liked this game too, but I must say that I liked first season more. Mostly because I played as Lee in the first game and now as Clementine. There was more difficult choices too, now there was only couple hard choices and somehow I liked the story more in the first one too. And in this there was only one character that I liked and he died, even though I played that part again and choose differently.... And the end was again little open, so there can come easily season 3, but I don't know if they are going to do that,

Overall this game was really good! And it was some how easier to play with computer than PS vita. Or the season 2 was lot easier, I don't know :'D

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons

The story begins with a boy named Naiee paying his respects at the tombstone of his mother, who drowned at sea while he remained unable to save her. His elder brother, Naia, calls him to help their ill father reach the village's doctor, who in turn tells them the only way to save him is by collecting the waters from the Tree of Life. The brothers embark on their journey through the village, hills and mountains, while facing challenges like the local bully, a farmer's aggressive dog, and deadly wolves. They also help others along the way – reuniting a friendly pair of trolls, saving a man attempting suicide, and aiding an inventor.

I saw some game play of this and I really wanted to try this game. I bought this and played it couple days ago (just haven't written about it, until now). In this game you have to control those brothers separately. So it's not easy all the time (specially when they must escape something and you need to be fast.. ahahah). I really liked this game though. It's look pretty good and the game is interesting too. The characters was okay, but something is missing. Maybe they didn't have much personality... or so I think.

Anyway! Overall this game is really good, if you like this kind of games. And even though I would like different ending this on is good too (something that you probably didn't guess)

Hatoful Boyfriend

Hatoful Boyfriend is an interactive text-based visual novel that follows a branching plot line, with the player's decisions determining which of the game's multiple endings they receive. The title is a pun on the wasei-eigo word hātofuru (ハートフル, "heartful", also "hurtful"), and the Japanese word hato (鳩, "pigeon", "dove"), as the game features pigeons and other birds as major characters. The game is set in a version of Earth populated by sapient birds, and its main story follows the player character and protagonist—the only human attending St. PigeoNation's Institute, an elite school for birds—as she finds love among her avian acquaintances. Bad Boys Love, a hidden alternate story mode, opens with the discovery of the protagonist's corpse, after which the player follows her best friend Ryouta Kawara as he investigates the circumstances of her death and unravels darker conspiracies surrounding the school.

I never actually thought of playing this game. It was quite a hilarious when I heard about this couple years ago. This is actually released in 2011 for Microsoft Windows and OS X. It was developed by manga artist Moa Hato's dōjin circle PigeoNation Inc., and is the successor of a Flash game of the same name she created for April Fools' Day in 2011. But now I bought this in Steam (from summer sales again). It was really cheap so I thought, why not? And now I have played all the the routes and seen all the 15 endings. 

This isn't so long game so you play it pretty fast, but when you play all the endings... that took a little more time. Specially when you play BBL ending, it was really long (when you compare it to other endings). 

I played first Ryouta's route. Actually it's one of my favorites of them all, even thought it is quite a sad one. But not as sad as Nageki's! I liked that route too though. I really would like to tell more about those routes but maybe I don't do that (I probably would spoil something..). Maybe I just say that if you don't want to play all of them you should really play Nageki, Ryouta and Shuu. I think those are the top three routes. Nageki's and Ryouta's ending are quite sad ones and then Shuu is really creepy one (but definitely absolutely different than the rest of them). 

Of course other routes are good too! The stories are so different and you really don't know beforehand what is going to happen. 

Even though this is really weird game and dating with pigeons sounds reaaaaally weird, the story is interesting and this isn't expensive, so try and you maybe going to know what I mean ^^'

Tokyo School Life

"Tokyo School Life" is a Visual Novel game on Steam. This is the story of your trip as an exchange student in Tokyo and the three girls you meet there. Although you don't make the greatest first impression, you quickly settle into the kind of everyday life you've seen in anime and manga -- filled with laughs and tears. By the time you have to head home two months from now, you might find that you've fallen for one of your new friends...

This is another game, which I bought from summer sales. I really wanted to try one of this kind of game and this seemed best in Steam. I really like how it's made, eye blinks and overall characters movements looks good. The story isn't so interesting but it's probably hard to find this kind of game with interesting story because the main thing is that you can date the girl and etc. The characters are fine, but they could be better or rather they would be more interesting, now they are kind a predictable. There are only 3 routes and every route have only one ending (it would be nice if there is more different ones though). And of course the bad ending is when you didn't get any of them to like you more than just a friend. 

First I played Aoi's route!

I can't decide witch route was best, but I kind a liked this one because it wasn't so predictable like Sakura's and Karin's. It's kind a funny that I liked this more than Karin's because Aoi is probably my least favorite character of these 3. The part when we went to Osaka was maybe the best part. It was probably most interesting part in whole game actually. I'm not going to tell about it if someone want's to play and don't want any spoilers before that. 

Second one was Karin's route!

I like this character and I can't decide which is better, Karin or Sakura.. Oh well! I actually first thought that I'm not going to like this route because I thought it would be all about her big boobs, but luckily it wasn't! The start of the game just let me think that way, because that very cliche falling scene. Anyway actually Karin was quite cute character and she is the tsundere one. Probably my favorite scene is that when I discover that she like sweet lolita style. I really hoped that I would see her in other lolita outfits than just that one, but she use only that dress (even in the ending of that route when I see her like half year later or something). 

And last one was Sakura's route!

She is really cute one and when I started I thought that she is probably going to be my favorite. And now I don't know I like her and Karin. First I really didn't know how this route would go but later on it was kind a predictable like Karin's too. I kind a liked this route I can't decide which would be better this or Aoi's. Aoi's and Kaori's routes was more fun and carefree but this was more serious type of these three. I was a little bit worried how the ending would go but of course it would be good one because there is only one ending and they can't make it sad. 

Overall this was pretty cute one and it was nice to play!

Never Alone (Kisima Inŋitchuŋa)

The player-character plays as the Iñupiaq girl Nuna and her Arctic fox. As an "atmospheric puzzle platformer", Never Alone‍‍ '​‍s puzzles entail swapping control between Nuna and the fox. While the fox is fast, Nuna can pick up things and open new areas using her bola. Its story is based around Alaskan indigenous folklore and restoring balance in "eternal blizzard" by visiting its source. Stories include that of Blizzard Man, the Little People, Manslayer, the Rolling Heads, and the Sky People. It is split into eight chapters. The game is based on the intergenerational transference of wisdom. It takes place in a harsh physical environment.

I finally loaded Steam on my computer and there is going on the summer sales so I found couple of games from there (I actually bought more than I should.. ahahahaha) But anyway, I bought this and it was really cheap and cute looking so why not? I tested it and before I noticed I had played it through. It was little difficult now and then when you have to control both characters (you actually can play it with friend on co-op mode, then it might be lot easier). I really liked this one, even though it was really short game. I would play it more and actually I will, because I didn't find all the owls or something.

ICO

Here is another game witch I played recently and it's ICO (HD for PS3). This is really short game and you can actually play it in 2 hours but it took me about 5 hours. It's quite a pretty and cute game and I have heard that this and Shadow of the Colossus is must play games (I actually play that Shadow of the Colossus right now~~). I liked this game, even though I'm not so good at problem solving in games :'D. The trophies aren't so hard to get (if we don't count that one where you must play the game in 2h). Almost half of them you just get when you play it trough and other half pretty much if you play it second time (I haven't done that yet, maybe someday).

Even though I haven't played Shadow of the Colossus much, in my opinion it's probably much better than ICO.

Anyway, I leave this short this time!

The Wolf Among Us

I played one other TellTale Games's game couple days ago and this time it was The Wolf Among Us. I really liked The Walking Dead so I had quite a big hopes for this one too. An this game was really good. I liked the main character Bigby (aka The Big Bad Wolf) and the story was really interesting. I liked the colors of this game and style of course too~ I would totally play more of this and I hope that some day there might be second part of this. But luckily there is more of The Walking Dead (second season and I heard that there might be third game where Rick is the main character~~) and there is The Game Of Thrones from TellTale Games too~~

Of course because this is from TellTale Games the choices you make in the game will be effect to the course of events. But not so radical, only some small parts and what other character will be thinking about you etc. And once again the trophies was really easy to get in this game. you only play the game trough and you have to play some chapters again differently to get all trophies (but really easy overall). 

As someone might know this game is based on the comic named Fables.
Because my sis owns the first volume of this I had a chance to read it but some reason I really didn't get excited about it. Of course it doesn't go same as the game (the walking dead didn't either) but I really want to try again this comic! Maybe it's better than I thought ^^

Child of Light

I finished playing an another game! This time it's Child of Light. 

Really beautiful and cute little game. I played it really fast actually in day and half or something. I don't know just played it through in two days (didn't watch the clock). 

Anyway! I really loved this game even though I hoped that it would last longer, well you can play it more after completing the story but still. I think this game looks really pretty and musics fits really well. The fighting is nice and easy but you can have only one party member with you in fight so that was kind a sad because you will have quite a lot of friend in your party. Of course you can change the friend in the battle too, but I just played whole game trough with the first friend I got. The story is a little sad but I liked it though. Trophies was easy to get in this one, you just play the game through and collect all confessions (and if you just check all the places while playing you can't miss them). 

But well I remembered that Lindsey Stirling made a music video
 of this game so I must put it here~

The Walking Dead Game Season 1

I finished playing The Walking Dead (maybe two days ago) and I really liked this first season! I like tell tales games and I really like to play more of them (maybe Wolf Among Us is next one~). The story is good and you really don't know what going to happen and how this is going to end. The end was quite a surprise and really sad  (I almost cry). 

The trophies was really easy to get in this game (just play it through). And that's why I think that the story probably don't go really different when you have to choice witch one you save or what you do. Of course it goes a little different but not so much probably... I haven't played it again yet so I can't say for sure. 

And when I bought The Walking Dead from PlayStation store I got The Walking Dead 400 Days too, it's special episode so I'm not sure if it's in the game normally. Anyway! This is only on episode with five stories and this have it's own trophies. They are easy too, but two of them are a little harder to get (other ones you just get when you play it through). In the two of the trophies, in other one you have to win rock/paper/scissors game in Wyatt story and it's not so easy because you don't know what the friend is going to play. (but you can start over before the auto save kicks in (and of course I didn't notice that.. well I got the trophy so I don't care!)). And then is the second trophy and I get it really easily (I was just lucky I guess) because I think that what you did in main story depend on this because you found a dead friend and if you have choice differently she probably isn't there and you don't get the trophy. I don't know for sure though.. maybe you get it still or there is just different friend? I don't know.

But over all I really liked this game and I wan't play the next season too!~~

February

Oh dear, I haven't written in this month at all.. Well I haven't done much and almost all things I do, I write them in Twitter. But! This Sunday, Block B is going to be in Helsinki so I'm certainly going to write about that maybe in Monday already~ But now I just write what I have been doing in this month so probably nothing new for them who follow me in Twitter ^^''

I really haven't played so much in this month. Well I played couple days Final Fantasy XIV because there was some free playing days. I like that game, but I'm a little stuck because me and my sis need to go in the dungeon and we can't go just two of us (well of course we can ask some help, but maybe next time when we play). And I started playing League of Legends it's fine but I don't like it yet.. maybe I will when I play it little more. Aaand of course I have played some Guild Wars 2~~ My map completion is finally 93%! Only a little left~ Oh, and my chef is finally master chef 400/400~~

I also have bought couple new games~ For my psvita I bought the walking dead and the child of light. And even though I have played the last of us,  didn't have the game in my shelf but now I have it~~ hahaha~





I haven't played only some video games but also some board games with my friends~ I don't know why but some reason we have played board games lately quite a lot. But it's fun so why not :'D





I must say something about this too!
We visited in Moro at Torni Tampere and there is cake buffet~ It's a little expensive but I really liked it~ The cakes are good and you can drink coffee or tea as much as you want. And of course the view is really nice (I like high places).







I have drawn quite a lot and those are couple witch I had on my phone (easy to put here). I and my sis watched season 1 and 2 of Hannibal so I have drawing some Hannibal fan art. I'm not sure if I'm going to write about Hannibal, but if I don't I must say this: really good tv-series! I really recommend this if you don't mind that it's quite brutal (not sure if it's good word, but there is lot of killing as you can guess if you know who Hannibal is). And for fujoshi's there is lot of fun because of Hannibal and Will~
Oh! And me and my sis finally started watching Supernatural season 9! I'm really excited so far~~ <3



And then something about cosplay too~
I might have said something about making Thranduil's crown (couple months ago maybe). Well it's almost done for my sis Thranduil photoshoot!







I have made my cosplay quite a lot in this month! Hands are finished (well not painted but anyway) so is the helmet! I have never done helmet before, so that was quite interesting, but it come up just fine (I failed couple of times though... hopefully nobody will notice.. :''D). I have some photos while making these and I'm going to put them here when the Hilde cosplay is ready! I'm going to write more then too ^^











I'm still lost with my hair...
Two first are my new short wigs! I actually have one new one more (really cute and long) but I don't have photo of it so maybe some other time. And then my old black wig, but that day I just wanted to be all black (head to toes). And then I finally colored my hair! I actually put there some purple hair color, but because I didn't bleach my hair they turned almost red. But now they are better with my hair extensions!

I think that was all this time, I probably write about the Sunday next time... aaand I try to write more often (but I don't promise anything though).

January

I haven't written here lately, I'm so sorry about that (only those two anime things in this month). So I'm just going to put some ugly photos from my lovely phone (best quality... geh) and write some shit about them so you guys can see what I have done lately (almost nothing really).

Surprise! I have played some Guild Wars 2 lately! pretty much actually. I get more space in my computer so now GW2 fit there perfectly~ (my new hard drive have so much space and it's means lot of games!). And Lon finally bought GW2 too so that's one of the reasons why I have played pretty much :'D

Jey, some harem pants! I really like those even though I look kind of stupid and it's snake skin print... Well this is just some random photos of my outfit, I don't even remember where I was going that day... Ugh my memory is so bad ^^'

I and my sis watched this one really bad Finnish movie, I think the name was Kalevala: Uusi alku or something and the whole movie was full of really bad acting (I'm really sorry if someone liked this and I probably criticize this pretty much in twitter.. I don't remember that either anymore). And in the end I don't even understand what happen... Oh and that pic, the main character looked like that all the time (when he was happy, angry, scared etc.).

Well.. some shopping from this month! First of all! Now I finally have it! PSVita~~ I have wanted it some time already and now I finally bought it~ And then I have some new clothes too, I really like those black and white harem pants but they are little too short, well it's OK though. And I must say! I bought that instant miso soup and it was great, it's probably best instant miso what I have eaten~

Some ugly drawings from this month too. I actually have drawn lot more, but these are only ones which I have put in twitter (and taken photos of them). That police Rin... I spend too much time with that ugly drawing that I'm little angry B:<. I'm not even happy how it come up! (the sketch was so much better...). 

I have started doing Soul Calibur IV Hilde cosplay! It's hopefully going to be done in summer and probably is because I have almost done both hands completely! I probably write about it more later and more closely. Oh and I'm probably going to do The Walking Dead cosplay with my sis (so that's why the last photo!).

I have been thinking quite a lot what I'm going to do with my hair... I don't want to cut them and I'm too lazy to dye them so I have been using some hair clips (I don't know what it is in English.. I'm little tired, but anyway some kind of hairpieces). In first one I have some purple clips and second one only bangs. They are easy to use but I'm still little bored with my own hair... must do something with them!

Oh, and in the end I'm just going to put some random photos. I have been watching some Hannibal, singing some singstar, eaten J-pon's bithday cake (still I must do card for her) and bought pretty Tokyo Ghoul skin for my PSP~
